The Challenge
Theo had been working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in technology companies for three years and was eager to advance to an Account Executive (AE) position. Despite his impressive track record as a top performer, he struggled to effectively market himself during interviews. This challenge was further compounded by the post-COVID market conditions, which included internal promotion freezes and increased competition for AE roles.
