Korovin Coaching is personal coaching program designed to help sales professionals land their dream jobs in technology.

Korovin Coaching is all about focus, rapid improvement and a fast-pace coaching style with immediate feedback. I help clients massively reduce the time it takes them to become interview fit, identify roles that best suit their talents and continuously coach them in their approach and execution to landing their dream job.

What started as a necessity to promote myself in the job market, became a hobby to help my friends. Now it's blown up into a comprehensive coaching program with proven results across multiple clients!

in 2024 Ilia decided to level up his career and shift verticals to the hyper-competitive CRM market. This proved super challenging, Since 2024 technology companies have tightened been reducing headcount and the market quickly shifted to an employers market. Employers had more candidates to choose from for less roles - interviewing well became critical if one wanted to land their dream job.

The challenging environment prompted Ilia to map out all capabilities and steps necessary to land a dream job in technology sales. Over 6 months he interviewed at over 100 companies and received multiple offers, all whilst mapping out the skills necessary and pitfalls at every stage of the journey.

Who is this coaching program for?

This is a very niche program for sales professionals who want to land their dream job in tech sales. If one of the following describe your circumstances, you're in the right place:

What if I land a job in under 6 months?

Great question!

My mission is to help you land you're dream job in the shortest amount of time possible. The shortest time to a landed role at the time of writing is 3 weeks (I hope you can beat that!)

The program is purposefully front-loaded with an intensive first 4 weeks to upskill clients such that they're ready to apply for appropriate roles. The next 5 months are for coaching, support, feedback, roleplaying etc. to help you keep fine tuning your abilities.

Ultimately Expectations should be set with landing a job in 3-6 months, but we're going to do everything we can to make that as fast as possible!

What if it takes me more than 6 months to land a job?

This coaching program is designed to help you land a job in under 3 months, but you get unlimited support for 6 months - sometimes things take longer than expected.

At the time of writing, no one has walked out of this coaching program without landing their job. However it's not impossible so here is the commitment:

If you don't land in the first 6 months you can re-enroll for another 6 months at 50% of the full cost of the program. Remember that the coaching program includes unlimited support, so it is extremely generous amount of time an attention that you will have to be successful.

I have very specific requirements for my job search, how flexible is this program?

This is a 1:1 program and is 100% flexible. We will work with you to meet your needs! You should view the program as the recommended process to ensure that you have the correct foundation to land interviews and perform exceptionally and ultimately receive your dream offer.

Sometimes clients are a bit further in the journey and certain steps can be skipped. Sometimes clients commence the course with in flight interviews. The bias is always towards results and action so we'll always focus on the single most impactful outcome during our time together.

Can't I just go to a recruiter?

Recruiters work for the companies that they are hiring for, and they get paid by those companies. So whilst a recruited wants to place you and get paid, they'll always hedge their bets and promote multiple candidates for the same role.

They're also not experts in the interview processes as their primary focus is to ingest high fit candidates that match the hiring companies requirements.

For those that are trying to break into tech, you may even struggle to get the attention of recruiters as many organisations are looking for people with tech experience, so it's important to present your CV and story as a ready to hire candidate (without being missleading).

Is this tax deductible?

YES!

Coaching is 100% tax deductible. our invoices have been specially reviewed and designed by tax accountants to ensure that you can claim at tax time. This means that in Australia, you'll likely get 37-45% of the cost of the coaching program back at tax time.

Investing in yourself is one of the few tax deductible activities for sales professionals and will also demonstrate to prospective employers your level of self-investment.
